Question:
Please settle a neighborly dispute. I informed my neighbor that you had once written an article about dogs and their need for exercise.I thought you mentioned that dogs don't need daily exercise. Is this correct? My neighbor says that a dog without exercise will be sickly, lethargic and arthritic. Please advise.
